EXPRESSION OF INTEREST Provision of office space for the Australian consulate-general Noumea, EOI number DFAT08-OPO-008 The Australian Government is considering relocating the Australian Consulate-General office in Noumea. New Caledonia. Expressions of interest are invited for: - use of existing office space, - the construction of a purpose built building, or - provision of office space in a new multi-storey development to accommodate the Consulate-General under a long-term lease arrangement, or as an owned building. Options including sole occupancy of a standalone building, or one of a number of occupants in a multi-tenanted building will be considered. About 700 m² (net) of building space is needed.
